Privacy notice

This notice explains what this website collects when you use it or send us a form, why, and how long we keep it. careOS 360 is a product of Hussaini Holding™.

Patient and hospital records inside the careOS 360 application are not covered here. Each hospital controls the records it keeps, under its own agreement with us.

The demo form sends us:

• your name
• work email
• phone number (optional)
• organisation name
• organisation type
• city (optional)
• team size (optional)
• preferred time for the demo (optional)
• your message, including the plan or page you asked about (optional)

The contact form sends us:

• your name
• email
• subject (optional)
• your message

The registration form sends us:

• hospital or clinic name
• type of facility
• specialisation (optional)
• city
• state (optional)
• address (optional)
• number of beds, as a range (optional)
• number of doctors, as a range (optional)
• owner or administrator name
• work email
• phone number
• the web address you asked for
• the plan you are interested in (optional)
• how you heard about us (optional)

We also record that you accepted the consent statement shown under the form, which version of it you saw, and when. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

When you first arrive, the site notes the campaign details in the link you followed and the page you landed on. They are kept in your browser for that visit and sent to us only with a form you submit:

• campaign source
• campaign medium
• campaign name
• campaign term
• campaign content
• the page that linked to us, without its query string
• the first page you opened on this site

The site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser’s own storage for:

• your light or dark theme choice, until you clear it
• your cookie choice, until you change it or clear it
• the campaign details above, for the current visit only
• after you register, the code that lets you check your application’s status, for the current visit only

When the site asks for your cookie choice and you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure which pages and campaigns bring visitors to us. Until you accept, or if you decline, they set none. They never receive what you type into a form, and page addresses reach them without any code or personal detail. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

We use these details to reply to you, to arrange and run your demo, to review a hospital application and contact you about onboarding, and to understand which of our pages and campaigns bring people to us.

We send emails about your request through an email delivery provider. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Demo requests and messages that are closed or lost, and hospital applications that are rejected or expire, are anonymised twenty-four months after they close. Approved applications become part of the hospital’s account.

When this notice changes, the version and effective date at the top of the page change with it.
